At Fireside Hearth & Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new hearth accessory or home decor item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
